It was so nice to have a break and snuggle with my little one just a bit longer every morning :) The smell of the Christmas tree is one of my favorite things and this year I got to decorate it with both of the kids. Because Sophia enjoyed taking the ornaments off just as much as hanging them - the bottom of the tree has barely any ornaments left :) Since today is the day when Orthodox church celebrates Christmas we still have the tree up. It will have to be taken down this weekend.
We watched only a fraction of what was recommended, but The Toy Story 3 and Despicable Me were definite hits with the kiddos.
We cooked, we baked, we watched TV and most of all we enjoyed each other. It was an awesome break from work. Easter cannot come soon enough!
